The Drawing Circus collective put on themed life drawing events. Some events are put on by The Drawing Circus team in venues we hire, some events are held in collaboration with a venue such as The Old Market or The Spiegeltent, and some events are commissioned by public bodies such as our White Night events in 2009/10/11, or by colleagues in the arts like Emily Ball who often hires us to put on events for her students. We call our Drawing Circuses 'events' because they straddle the boundary between workshop and performance; we hope everybody leaves our sessions inspired and informed but we rarely hold tutored Drawing Circus events. We leave the structured life drawing classes to our colleagues at Draw.
